Services
Cornelson Advisory provides AI enablement consulting services including AI fluency training, workflow design, adoption strategy, and organizational change management. All service scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a separate engagement agreement or proposal signed by both parties.
Consultations & Scheduling
When you schedule a call or consultation through our website, you agree to provide accurate contact information. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice. No-shows may forfeit the reserved time slot.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, reports, frameworks, and methodologies — is the property of Cornelson Advisory and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Payment Terms
Payment terms, including fees, invoicing schedules, and accepted methods, will be specified in your engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies will be defined in your engagement agreement. For scheduled consultations booked through our website, we ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Third-Party Tools
Our engagements may involve the use of third-party AI platforms and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion). Cornelson Advisory is not responsible for the terms, availability, or performance of third-party tools. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own licenses and compliance with those platforms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
