Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your engagement with Cornelson Advisory ("Cornelson Advisory," "we," "us," or "our") and your use of our website at cornelsonadvisory.com. By booking a discovery call, submitting an inquiry, or entering into an engagement agreement, you agree to these terms.

Services

Cornelson Advisory provides AI enablement advisory services including workshops, workflow sprints, and fractional AI enablement support. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate engagement agreement or proposal provided prior to work beginning.

Deliverables & Intellectual Property

Your materials are yours. All deliverables created during an engagement — including workflow templates, prompt libraries, rollout playbooks, communications kits, and adoption frameworks — are transferred to you upon completion of the engagement and receipt of payment.

Pre-existing materials. Cornelson Advisory retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and tools developed independently of any client engagement. We grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these materials for your internal business purposes.

Client data. We do not retain client-specific information, workflows, or data beyond the active engagement period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential by default. We are happy to execute a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to any detailed workflow review or engagement kickoff. Reach out to initiate this process before sharing sensitive information.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in each engagement proposal. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Workshop engagements require full payment prior to delivery.
  • Sprint engagements are invoiced 50% at kickoff and 50% upon completion.
  • Fractional engagements are invoiced monthly in advance.

Late payments may result in pausing of active work. All fees are in USD.

Limitation of Liability

Cornelson Advisory provides advisory services based on current best practices and professional judgment. We make no guarantees of specific adoption rates, revenue outcomes, or business results. Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.

We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from your team's implementation choices, tool configurations, or decisions made independently of our recommendations.

Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current. You may not use this website to scrape content, misrepresent your identity, or engage in any activity that disrupts site performance or security.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be noted with an updated date above. Continued engagement with Cornelson Advisory after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
